How are your gifts packaged?
Most of our gifts come in our signature blue box with brown ribbon. (At holidays, we often use festive ribbon). Gifts that are odd shaped or that travel better will be  wrapped (usually in our "green" fabric wrap).

Do you charge extra for gift packaging?
No! It's one of our perks!

Where do you ship?
Anywhere that FedEx delivers. We use FedEx because they take the best care of our packages, have easy tracking and all packages are insured.

Can I have a gift hand delivered on a certain day?
If it's on a weekday- YES! Most of our deliveries go out the day after the order is placed, so if you're shopping early be sure to put a note during checkout letting us know what day you would like delivery.
We do not typically deliver on weekends. If you have a special request/event, please call us to see what can be arranged.

Can a gift be delivered at a certain time of day?
This is a tricky one! We will do our best to accomodate these requests, but we cannot guarantee it.
